****Designer Notes****

S10 Double Din Radio bezel price will be $220 as designed (plus tax and shipping). Adjustments or custom modifications will cost a little more (typically around $20-40 for additional design time). This price barely covers cost of filament, electricity, print time. and wear/tear on printer. I am NOT trying to over price by any means and would love to be able to offer this at a lower price but unfortunately cannot.
FYI, This part was not a simple design. I found other people who offer a similar double din but I didn’t like any of the finished products. The cut lines are very obvious and always looks out of place. Plus, they require you to send in your stock one, then they cut it all up and send back for usually around $150!! I wanted to design a custom part that will not require cutting or modifying stock parts, especially not having to send in a part for modifications.
I set out to design the double din to look like an overall stock component. I left the cigarette lighter but added USB ports for charging devices. Definitely a one of a kind item that I spent well over 30 hours designing (not even counting fitting and adjusting and reprints etc).
Material: PETG
Print time: 20-25 hours
Item is 3D printed. Standard PLA plastic should not be used in this type of application due to low heat resistance. These panels however, are printed using a PETG filament that will hold well against heat and impact.
As is with most 3D printed items, there may or may not be tiny slight imperfections and variations from part to part.
**IMPORTANT NOTE** This was designed to mount Alpine  ILX-407 and ILX-650. Side supporting walls are strong and can be drilled for other radio applications but S10 does not have a lot of room behind stereo so be mindful when selecting stereo.
Shipping times may vary. Usually parts are printed and shipped between 2-4 weeks.
